Happy St. Patty's Day!!! Today marks our 100th challenge at Merry Monday! We have had so much fun making Christmas cards each week and visiting your blogs. Thank you to our participants who also comment on the blogs of others! That is wonderful and it is like spreading Christmas cheer!
Before we get to our 100th challenge, I would like to welcome a new teammate to the Merry Monday team! I have admired her work for a long time and she is a fellow Canuck! Please welcome, Deanne Kay to our little team! I asked her to share a bit about herself!
Hi! Some of you may know me as Three Trees, but my friends and family just call me Deanne. I have been paper crafting ever since I can remember. I made my first scrapbook when I was five (and still have it today!) and haven’t stopped since.
I live right smack-dab in the middle of Canada (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to be exact), so to keep warm and cozy indoors I started scrapbooking. Then I realized that I would rather share my hobby with others and started card creating. My husband is my cheerleader and Pixie, our newest Chihuahua, is my craft room buddy. We also own an elderly Chihuahua and two older cats. What can I say, I LOVE animals and crafting – life is good!
Welcome, Deanne! Okay! Onto our 100th challenge!!!
Here we go! Use the Sketch, the Colours or use both on your card!!
The team have knocked it out of the park! You will LOVE what they did!!!
1. Each week there will be a brand new challenge posted on Monday at 5am (PST).
2. The challenge will be either a theme, an inspiration photo, a sketch or a colour combo.
3. Each participant is encouraged to comment on 3 cards in the Gallery. (Who doesn't love comments!)
4. Have fun!
5. Follow the weekly challenge closely.
