Merry Monday #133 {Rustic Christmas!}

Welcome to another challenge at Merry Monday! This is the challenge all about Christmas cards and getting a head start on the Christmas season. We have a new month here and we are thrilled to have Nance Leedy joining us as our Featured Designer for the month! Welcome Nance! We are also happy to announce that Brian King will be staying on with us until the end of 2014!

Hi everyone, it's Nina and my challenge this week is to Create a rustic looking card using creams, tans and browns. I love the thought of the holidays spent in a cabin in the woods, this challenge reminds me of that :).

2. The challenge will be either a theme, an inspiration photo, a sketch or a colour combo.

Wow, this card is a beauty! Not only did Laurie make her wreath from snowflakes but she has embossing on her mini poinsettias! I love the gorgeous reindeer in the middle and the pretty sentiment at the bottom. This card looks clean and simple but packs a punch! Love it!

Merry Monday #132 {Snowflakes, Neutral Colors and Dry Embossing!}

Welcome to another challenge at Merry Monday! 

This is the challenge all about Christmas cards and getting a head start on the Christmas season. 

Before we get into this week's challenge, I need to share some news. Design team member, LeAnne Pugliese has decided to step down from the Merry Monday team. She has been with us since the beginning of this challenge and I am sad to see her go! I love working with her and I know you will agree her work is inspiring and wonderful! LeAnne will be playing along when she is able...being a grandma is a full time job! Thank you, LeAnne for all of your hard work! You will be missed!

This week we are looking for a vintage snowflake card! 

Use dry embossing and neutral colours such as kraft, cream, white, black, gray and so on.
